Shuggr (سكر) is an online social network to empower the gay and trans community. We are connecting hundreds of thousands of users every day.
As a Customer Success Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our users with a positive and success-driven mindset. Your role is crucial in ensuring an excellent customer experience and fostering long-term user satisfaction.
⭐️ Your role
- Engage with users via email and social media channels, providing prompt and helpful support.
- Assist users with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and general questions.
- Represent our company with a user-focused, positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Gather user feedback and share insights with the team to improve our services.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
⭐️ Your profile
- Proficiency in English language at CEFR level C1 or higher.
- Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish language at CEFR level B1 or higher.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient in all interactions.
- Comfortable handling inquiries with an unbiased and objective approach.
- Resilient to review content that may be unexpected, sensitive, intense or challenging.
- Responsible and driven by curiosity to learn, discover and grow.
- Passion for building a product that connects and inspires people.
- Interest in empowering the gay and transgender community.
- Commit to at least 20 hours per week.
You don't need to be an expert in all of these things, but you should be able to have informed conversations and know how to research what you don't know.
